This Privacy Policy describes how Steel, Pipe and Flange Pro ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. The App does not require an account, login, or any form of user registration. An anonymous random device ID is generated by RevenueCat (see Third-Party Services) when purchasing a product. This is required to link the purchases to the anonymous user. The ID is just a random string of code, and cannot be used for anything else or to sell to anyone. RevenueCat also automatically tracks the country that a purchase originated from. This is also working alongside Google Play, so that the correct, localized currency can be displayed in the app.

The only data stored by the App is a single preference flag (whether you have acknowledged the in-app disclaimer). This flag is stored exclusively on your device using the device's secure local storage and is never transmitted to any server or third party.

2. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer any data to third parties. There are no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries integrated into the App. The only 'tracking' that takes place is the country from which a sale originated.

3. Third-Party Services

The App is bundled with a few samples of dimensional data. However, certain packages, if purchased, will be downloaded from cloud storage located on Supabase. The purchasing is routed from Google Play through RevenueCat to the App.

4. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for professional and educational use by adults. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not collect any information from children under 13.

5. Security

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of personal data exposure through use of this App. Your device's built-in security mechanisms protect any locally stored preferences.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
