Site Visit is an offline-first mobile application designed for recording site visits, maintenance checks, inspections etc. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.

Data Collection

Site Visit does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.Site Visit does not collect any user data. Everything you record stays on your device unless you choose to share or save an export yourself. The application operates entirely offline on your device.

Data Storage

All data created within the app, including:

• Project names and notes
• Photos
• Voice recordings
• Text notes

is stored locally on your device's internal storage. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

Third-Party Services

Site Visit does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect user data.

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions to function properly:

• Camera: To take photos for site visit documentation
• Photos/Media: To attach existing photos to headings
• Microphone: To record voice notes
• Storage: To save projects, photos, and voice recordings locally on your device

These permissions are used solely for the app's core functionality and no data is shared externally.

User Control

You have full control over your data:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• You can delete projects, photos, and recordings at any time within the app
• Uninstalling the app will remove all app data from your device
• No account registration is required, so there is no personal data to delete from our servers

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, data security is dependent on your device's security settings. We recommend:

• Keeping your device locked with a passcode or biometric authentication
• Keeping your device's operating system updated
• Using device encryption if available
